Care Instructions

We recommend washing your items with like colors in cold water. Do not bleach. For best results hang to dry but can be dried on a low heat setting.

Iron lettering inside out not applying direct heat to the lettering. 

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not fit.

We will gladly Exchange your item within 14 days of receipt. 

All returns will be processed with a replacement item 

or a store credit will be issued.

Submit a request to

exchange within 14 days of receipt via email

at raidsllc@gmail.com.

Clothing must be in original state upon

receiving with all hang tags and price tickets

attached in order to receive new item for

exchange. Items that have been laundered, worn or altered

In any way can not be accepted for an exchange.

Clothing must not show any signs

of wearage or the item cannot be accepted.

No refunds or exchanges on "custom made to

order" items as these items are made to order 

As specified at the time of the product request.

Final Sale Items include: All RAIDS items

Reduced and advertised as FINAL SALE are 

not exchangeable and can not be returned.

All markdown, sale, and promotional

items are also final sale. Final sale items are

non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

All returns must be made at your own cost.

Please return using a standard trackable

service such as USPS, UPS, etc. You must

retain proof of postage and tracking

information until you have received your

email of receipt from RAIDS Apparel noting

that we have received your item

for exchange, as some items may be lost on

their way back to us. We are not responsible

for  items lost or stolen in transit to us.

Painted, Vintage, colored and Custom items  

Are subject to imperfections.

Imperfections may include but are not limited

to fading, stretching,  distressing, ripping, 

dyeing etc and will be noticeable in the products 

photos as all photos are a clear representation 

• of the items condition.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

Made to Order items take 7-10 business

days to process before they are shipped.

Weekends and Holidays are excluded from

processing times.

There is a chance that

processing times may be longer than times

stated above during Clearance Sales and

Holidays. If you would like to inquire

about expediting processing times for a

specific item please contact us at

do our best to accommodate your request if

possible.

Shipping Times

All Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS

Priority Mail. Orders  will typically be shipped within

2- business days. 

RAIDS is not responsible for Inclement weather

or a variety of unforeseen circumstances  causing 

delays on behalf of USPS

Once you have received your tracking information, 

please contact USPS with any issues with delivery

times. If your item is lost or stolen once

marked as delivered via USPS tracking, you

will need to contact USPS. RAIDS Apparel

assumes no responsibility if your item is lost

or stolen once marked delivered via USPS

tracking.
